stability & prosperity
The exception to the rule in Central America
Panama has a population of approximately 4 million, and its capital is home to almost half that number. The population of Panama is comprised mostly by Mestizos, but also by descendants of Indians, Africans and Europeans.
Panama’s official language is Spanish, but English is universally spoken. The unit of currency is the US dollar and all major credit cards are accepted in Panama, with Visa and MasterCard being the most widely used.
With a politically stable government, a vibrant economy and welcoming people, Panama is a safe destination and continues to grow into one of the world’s greatest vacation and retirement destinations.

blessed by nature
Beyond the hurricane zone
Panama is warm all year; our wet season lasts between May and November and the dry season lasts from December to March. In the rainy season and occasionally during the dry season, we experience heavy downpours for a few hours. Panama’s peak holiday season is during the dry season, particularly between February and April.
Panama is in a hurricane-free country, conditions are safe throughout the year, so you do not have to worry about your investments being damaged or destroyed by a hurricane.
